Position: Sr. Engineer-Data Analyst
Job Location: Niagara Falls, New York
Job Description:
Will perform highly complex technical assignments from conception to implementation in our Test department.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include analyze customer data and verify accuracy, operate and program data acquisition and reduction systems, maintain
data acquisition and calibration software, establish calibration procedures for test instruments, modify and write computer programs as
required, patch-in and checkout of test cell instrumentation, and perform statistical analysis on calibration instrumentation.
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering plus 6 years related work experience, including computer programming and emphasis in analog
and digital instrumentation. Masters Degree preferred. Must have laboratory experience, design, maintenance, and calibration of
instrumentation systems with capabilities to include flow, pressure, temperature, and force. Ability to work second shift as
needed. Experience with software development using Visual BASIC, FORTRAN, and C++ programming language. Knowledge in operation,
programming, maintenance, and calibration of computer based data acquisition systems. Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints.

Position: Program Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for the overall management of liquid propulsion, electric propulsion, systems and components programs. Responsibilities
include program planning, coordination, financial control, technical direction, customer interface and leadership of program, and new
business activities.

matters. Responsible for meeting the customers' requirements and needs including schedule, cost, technical, performance, and quality. Obtains
the profit objectives on programs. Prepares plans, schedules, budgets, proposals, and negotiates contracts with both customers and suppliers.
Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or appropriate discipline and a minimum 8 years of directly related experience in program
management, preferably in the defense/aerospace industry.

Position: Marketing Manager
Job Location: East Coast - Position may require travel between Niagara Falls, NY, Huntsville, AL, and Washington, DC.
Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will expand our market share in propulsion systems, tanks, and monopropellant and bipropellant engines.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include managing business development activities for defense; develop key business relationships in domestic and/or
international government markets; leads proposal activities for new business and supports Program Managers; focus on growing the Defense
business; responsible to identify customers and opportunities, develop, and implement action plans; establish and maintain contacts with
all levels of customer personnel; develops and manages presentations for customers; and develops marketing strategies and long-range
business plans.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or related field. Advanced degree in Business Administration or Marketing is desirable.
8-10 years project engineering or program management experience a plus. Experience in marketing to US government agencies is required.
