Aerojet-General purchased solid propulsion product line assets from Sequa. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mandated that the liquid propulsion line be divested.

AMPAC entered into negotiations to acquire the liquid propulsion business.

In-Space Propulsion delivered 1,700th 22N Cb ACS engine.

Successfully launched two complete propulsion systems in support of Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Critical Measurements Program.

Acquisition by AMPAC completed, with transfer of all assets including facilities in Niagara Falls, NY, and Westcott, UK. New company designation is AMPAC In-Space Propulsion (ISP), a subsidiary of American Pacific Corporation (AMPAC).

AMPAC-ISP Corp. acquires Marotta Europe with locations in Dublin, Ireland and Cheltenham U.K. These locations design, develop and manufacture high performance valves, pressure regulators, cold-gas propulsion systems, and precision structures for space applications.
